What would you highlight about ARZI Hostel
Not a bad hostel but I wouldn't recommend it and I've already explained why.
It’s clean and the mattresses are comfortable.
Overall, I am disappointed with my stay at Arzi Hostel. First, it’s very isolated from everything and the only advantage when the location is concerned is the bus stop near the hostel. It was difficult for me to find the entrance in the beginning because the hostel looks like a big house and there is no noticeable sign around it with its name. There is no reception in the house and during my stay several times there were guests who knocked on my door asking me where their room was so I felt like a receptionist for a while : ) When you need anything or have any problem with your stay, you can call the number given in the reservation and a woman will attend your call but she is not willing to make any efforts to make your stay at Arzi Hostel comfortable. In my reserved twin room, it clearly said that there was a sofa apart from the two separate beds available in the room. However, not only that there was no sofa in it but it also didn’t have any table whatsoever or any furniture where you could put your items on. When I asked her to arrange a small table for me, first she refused and then after talking to her for a while, she said that she would think what she could do and she would send me a written reply. I have received absolutely no reply or call from her but after 8 days to my big surprise, a table was finally delivered to my room practically for the last 4 remaining days of my reservation. There are at least 4 twin rooms in the hostel and in all of them there was a table or some furniture items that could be used as a table except in my room. The heating was really poor but if the administration of the hostel finds it a big problem to arrange a small table for my room and it takes 8 whole days to deliver it, it was impossible to expect any reaction/solution whatsoever from the hostel with the heating. Therefore, I decided not to address this problem at all even though I got a virus while staying in the hostel.

The dormitory and the common area are both clean when I stayed there. There are sufficient facilities in the kitchen. And the surrounding environment is secluded. Good wifi. Staff response through mail quite efficiently. Advise to prepare some food when you first arrived at there.
The number of bathroom and toilet is not enough when there are many residents. But it is enough during my stay. The location is a bit far from city center, though there are small towns nearby that could be reached by bus.

Clean, towels provided, necessary amenities available (garden table, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and cutlery, study room, powder room, bathroom). Owner replied promptly and informatively each time I messaged. Pleasure to communicate with!
Far from anything else, had to walk along the highway when taking public transport from where I happened to be (IKEA)? Dark from gate to main door at night
